Duncanville’s friendly bicycle, man with his notebooks fastened on the back, found riding Big Stone Gap, Wheatland Rd and Main Streets waving at friends, passed from this life Monday morning April 28, 2015. He had a love for life and was a happy person. He was social, outgoing and made friends easily.

Wayne was born March 11, 1946 to Marcus & Lillian Harrington. He attended Duncanville Schools and was a member of First United Methodist Church of Duncanville.

He worked at Patton’s Grocery, Cochran tile and T.C. Collision Specialist.

He is survived by sister, Anna Kay (Don) Maples of Ovilla, Brothers: Fred (Olivia) Harrington of Waxahachie. Warren Harrington & Dennis Harrington of Duncanville. And many nieces & nephews.

Visitation will be held Saturday May 2 at 10 am, with services at 11 at Jaynes Funeral Home on Cockrell Hill Rd, Duncanville. Burial following at Wheatland Cemetery.
